TARP Capital Proxies

Main Content

The following public companies have filed proxy statements (preliminary or definitive) to seek shareholder approval for blank check preferred, either explicitly or implicitly to participate in the TARP Capital program.

This list is complied for informational purposes only to offer examples of how banks are explaining their proposals to shareholders.  The list is incomplete as it does not list all banks that have filed proxy materials.  In addition, we may not identify when a bank has filed a revised preliminary or definitive proxy statement, or otherwise changed its mind after filing a proxy statement.  Inclusion (or exclusion) from the list does not represent a recommendation of any disclosure or action.
